General Description: Direct Captial is seekin a Business Analyst to conduct analysis, develop requirements and use cases, and administer projects Essential Job Functions: Working with sponsors and partners to define project scope and requirements Collecting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and use cases, as well as transferring this knowledge to the development team Developing and maintaining accurate and detailed process flows, requirement specification documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents Collaborating on the design and execution of test scripts and test scenarios based upon the use cases Provide project administration support Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or any related field from an accredited institution Master’s degree in Business Administration is an added advantage Skills: Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Word, Outlook Datawarehousing or Business Intelligence experience required Ability to analyze and document complex business processes Ability to make effective decisions under pressure Ability to think analytically and should be a problem solver Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information Ability to handle multiple projects at one time About Direct Capital: Established in 1993, Direct Capital provides specialty finance solutions, including capital equipment leasing, commercial loans, and merchant cash advances.
