We are looking for a highly organized team player with strong communication skills, committed to providing excellent costumer service. Applicant must be a friendly professional who is detail oriented with excellent phone skills and problem solving capabilities.

Responsibilities include answering phones, order processiong maintaining customer database, resolving customer inquiries, processing inventory, cross-selling, and assisting the Production and Warehousing departments.

Strong office computer skills are required, including database management. This position requires flexibility, and the ability to multitask. Good time management skills and the ability to work independently are required.
