Our client, a growing company in the construction industry is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support its team of Project Managers and Estimators.

This is mainly an in-office role, responsible for a wide variety of office based functions including document control/filing of all incoming/outgoing correspondence as it relates to each project. Will also maintain the overall office operations; plant schedule; travel arrangements and equipment scheduling; coordination of estimates/proposals and some financial spreadsheets.

Must have professional communication skills; outstanding organizational, time management and MS Office skills and the ability of assist in a variety of different areas as needed.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. Excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with some office and/or internship experience or someone with a few years of hands-on related work experience.
