Spectrum Consulting - Concord, NH

Spectrum Consulting is seeking a Human Resources Assistant for our client in the Concord, NH area.

This is a full-time position ranging from 8am to 5pm.

This is a supplemental to direct role with a pay rate of $15 to 16/hr depending upon experience

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources

Department with administrative tasks, maintaining employee files and preparing for new employee orientation, responding to benefit eligibility questions,open enrollment, FMLA, LOA, Worker’s comp, employee assistance, and other duties as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications:

HS Diploma required – Associates degree preferred

1-2 years experience in an HR office setting

Solid computer skills including MS Excel

Excellent data entry

Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task
