Our client, a nationwide non-profit in the biotech space, located near Bar Harbor, Maine is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support its senior level financial executive.

Responsible for all administrative tasks, scheduling meetings and travel, developing and maintaining complex databases, reconciling travel and expense reports and providing support for special projects as needed.

Must be a high energy, polished professional with excellent MS Office, organization, administrative, multi-tasking and time management skills. Some travel required.

A minimum of three years’ experience supporting a senior level executive in a large corporate environment is required.

Competitive salary and benefits package. Local candidates are preferred; however, some relocation assistance from within the Continental United States is available. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship of any kind now and in the future.
