About the Job

Small company bookkeeper needed on a PT Basis (up to 30 hrs/wk) for a local manufacturing company.

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for the following:

Full cycle accounts payable
Accounts receivable including billing, cash posting, and light collections
Creation and entry of purchase orders
Data entry, scheduling and light administrative office duties

Experience with mid-sized ERP systems is a plus. Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills needed (sorting, filtering, V-lookups and Pivot Tables)
