Your Responsibilities

Manage accurate application of customer cash payments with a very high degree of quality, accuracy and integrity; establish and maintain strong customer relations, focused on solid customer account resolution; work as a team with credit and collections to establish and maintain practices for customer account resolution of disputed or past due items; responsible for conducting assigned internal control audits; responsible for vendor master data setup; work with credit and collections to achieve company targets and other KPIs as defined; work as part of a team to avoid customer bad debt for the company; strong focus on CIP with responsibilities such as analyzing reasons for customer returns and reporting these out to management for corrective measures.

Your competencies and qualifications

• Associates degree in accounting, finance or a business-related degree
• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable, credit and/or cash application experience
• Knowledge of MS Office and financial systems

Preferred:
Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or a business-related degree. Experience with SAP. Good knowledge of the accounts receivable, credit, cash and collections process. Pivot tables and formulas in excel. Ability to manage and perform special projects in addition to general duties. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
